Volunteer Opportunities
As a nonprofit organization, volunteers are integral to keeping costs low so that we can continue to offer our services to those who would otherwise be unable to afford treatment. Volunteer jobs can be ongoing or project-specific. Current needs include:

  • Weekly office work, from filing to making reminder calls to clients
  • Serving on our fundraising event planning committees
  • Writing newsletter articles
  • Outdoor landscaping maintenance
  • Inside building maintenance
  • Volunteer Cooks for our weekly Nutrition Night and WOW program dinners
  • Dishwashers/clean-up for Nutrition Night (Thursdays)
  • Team leader/outing organizer for Team Quest

If you would like to become a volunteer at Quest Center, contact Gretchen Bradley.

Internship Opportunities
We have ongoing internship opportunities for students studying Social Work, Counseling, Chinese Medicine, Naturopathic Medicine, Massage, and other practice areas. Our interns gain hands-on experience in a professional and supervised setting working directly with clients dealing with a wide range of medical and mental health conditions.

Our current partnerships are with Pacific University, Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, National College of Naturopathic Medicine and Portland State University. Please contact us if you would like to apply for an internship with Quest Center.

Donate
While Quest Center operates like a normal health care clinic, we are a nonprofit organization and rely heavily on the generosity of our donors. Donations allow us to continue to offer services to people who are low-income and without healthcare, many of whom would otherwise be denied treatment elsewhere. All donations are tax-deductible as a charitable contribution, and a gift at any level will make a difference.

Become a member of Quest for Care!
Quest for Care is our annual giving program for those who want to support our programs and services with a one-time or monthly contribution totaling $1000 in a calendar year. Quest for Care members will receive two free tickets to our annual fundraising spring art event and will be recognized in our annual report. An additional reception for those in the Quest for Care community will be planned each year. Please contact Amanda McBeth if you would like more information on how to become involved.
