Healing and Empowerment Program for Women with Cancer presents: Beaded Peyote Stitch Jewelry Workshop!
Master bead artist Marcie Stone will be sharing her passion for beading in this fun workshop. Learn the peyote stitch and make a bracelet or pendant! Marcie is an engaging and inspriting teacher with a great deal of experience to share. Please join us!

Healthy Body, Mind, and Life: Monthly Hikes!
Facilitated by Gretchen Bradley
Come hike with Quest on the third Saturday of every month through October around the Portland metropolitan area. You may either carpool (drivers always appreciated!), or meet us at the location. All abilities welcome.

June 21st - Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge. Carpool time: 12:30pm
July 19th - Bridal Veil Falls. Carpool time: 9:15am
August 16th - Molalla River State Park. Carpool time: 9:00am
September 20th - Sauvies Island. Carpool time: 12:15pm
October 18th - Hoyt Arboretum. Carpool time: 12:30pm.

Felt Making Workshop

Master felt maker and fiber artist Loyce Ericson will be sharing her passion for sculptural fiber using the age-old tradition of felt making. In this two-day class, you will explore several different ways of making functional felt objects, including a hat, a scarf, and a pouch.

This group is for those who wish to heal old wounds, create goals for their future, and just explore their inner world with the support of others. Come explore psychodrama and be a part of a new, supportive community.
This is for the both the experienced and the beginner in Psychodrama.
