Finding and Sustaining Recovery (FSR) is an integrated behavioral health treatment program designed to help those dealing with addiction build sober and healthy lifestyles.
Quest Center is committed to providing the best integrated holistic health treatment and recovery services to those in the Portland Metro Area. Our addiction recovery programs place an emphasis on finding and sustaining recovery with providers who have similar life experiences.
