Harm reduction-based
outpatient substance use treatment program
LINK (Living with Intention and Knowledge) is Quest’s harm reduction-based outpatient substance use treatment program. This program acknowledges the spectrum of substance use and has witnessed how health and wellness goals are achievable within that spectrum.
LINK participation is wellness-focused with the intention of decreasing negatively experienced risks or consequences (as it pertains to single or poly-substance use). The goal is to increase positively experienced aspects of life within this framework.
We understand that change and doing things differently can be a challenging journey. We invite you to collaborate with us. LINK is here to uplift and support you as you create meaningful change and restore your agency.
More than 70% of our clients are low-income and/or medically uninsured or under-insured. The Oregon Health Plan and other commercial insurance plans are welcomed at Quest Center. Call (503) 238-5203 for any questions about joining us. Other info on LINK:
