Info on Quest’s Relocation

  • Quest is moving to a bigger and better building that is more centrally located for the communities we serve in Multnomah County. This move will also allow all our services to be under one roof (Quest Multnomah services is currently separated into three buildings – Quest East, West and Flanders clinics).

Quest will still provide all the same amazing services we currently do in the Burnside and Flanders locations.

The Oregon City Quest clinic (112 Beavercreek Rd, Oregon City, OR 97045) will stay where it is to continue to serve our Clackamas County community members.

Quest is now going to have better cohesion and coordinated care. Our services and community will be more efficient and enhanced by having our programs together. For example, it will be great not to have to walk to a different building after checking in for acupuncture.

With more space, our capacity will increase 25%. This will allow us to serve more community members than ever!

  • A lot! Quest will still offer all the incredible services, our amazing healthcare providers, our dedicated staff, and the same wonderful community.

The scheduling process will stay the same for all client’s healthcare appointments.

The Quest phone number, website, social media, and other contact points other than the address will stay the same.

  • As soon as we move in early March, 2023 - Quest will no longer be providing services from the current Multnomah locations Quest West/East – 2901 E. Burnside; Quest Flanders (FSR) - 2720 NE Flanders St). All those services will move to the new location at 3231 SE 50th Avenue.

The new building will provide much more accessibility than we currently have for our community members, including a lift to help people get to the 2nd floor, and more ADA bathrooms for our community members with mobility challenges.

All Quest team members will be together under one roof!

There will also be more space for community events and groups in the new building.

In the new building, we can finally bring back things some things that were halted at the beginning of the pandemic, like group acupuncture (which will be provided in time slots).

  • The address of the new Quest Multnomah location is 3231 SE 50th, Portland, OR 97206

The new Quest Multnomah building is the big blue building close to the Foster-Powell intersection (used to be a Planned Parenthood). If you are driving South down 50th and hit the Super Deluxe, you’ve gone too far!

There is also one disability parking spot at the new location.

  • We are making sure to set up messaging and text reminders about the move and scheduling appointments at the new location.

We will be sending informational letters about the move through our patient portal (Insync) – approximately 10 days before the move. We will also reminders of the new address when to clients when they make appointments.

Physical flyers will be provided with information at the front desks of the current Quest clinics

Another reminder that the Clackamas location will remain the same!

At this time, services will remain the same but once we get settled in, new services may be offered and will be announced accordingly.
